Over the past nine years, Christopher has advised cities on community revitalization and sustainable and equitable economic development. In addition, he has facilitated numerous deal-making opportunities that have produced over $1 billion in new smart growth real estate deals.

At the summit, he will speak on the Attainable Housing and Social Equity Initiative, Opportunity Zones, and techniques that will allow local communities to develop place-based, market-driven strategies aimed at encouraging economic growth while ensuring accessibility and social equity in great walk-able urban places.

Ma Public Policy Analyst

Amy Dain, Massachusetts housing researcher / author has spent twenty years working on state and local policy issues in Massachusetts. Notably, she wrote “Housing and Land Use Policy in Massachusetts: Reforms for Affordability, Sustainability, and Superior Design”, organized StatNet, a network of city and town managers who meet to learn from each other about data-driven decision-making and recently created an intensive multifamily housing study for the MA Smart Growth Alliance.

Sandy Carroll
CEO Berkshire County Board of Realtors

Sandy Carroll's aim is to create an environment where Berkshire Realtors can thrive and the housing market is regulated and smooth running.

She oversees all facets of the database of properties for sale, manages thousands of hours of real estate education, industry events, and the development of latest industry news to keep Realtors up-to-date.  She works to create and maintain the standard contracts and forms used in our transactions, creates housing market updates, and manages a tech, transaction and complaint helpline.  Working with over a hundred volunteers, she coordinates efforts to make the housing market work in Berkshire County.

Justin Davidson
Massachusetts Association of REALTORS General Counsel & Director of Government Affairs

Justin has been serving the REALTOR association in the legislative and legal arena for more than 6 years.  Prior to his work in the real estate industry, Justin was a Legislative Aid at the Massachusetts statehouse, thenThe Massachusetts House of Representatives Legal Counsel to the Joint Committee on Public Service, followed by Counsel to the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.  He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2011.

2018-19 President, Berkshire County Board of Realtors

Cortney Dupont, a Realtor with Cohen & White Associates in Lenox was elected to led the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS in 2018 by her peers in the association.  She is relied upon in professional circles to be the one to open lines of communication, to make sure everyone is aware of issues and participating in a solution.

Cortney brings her talents and energy to the serving the industry as a whole by volunteering for Board of REALTORS. She was identified as a natural leader early on and has served in many volunteer capacities in the past several years, in addition to her extensive involvement in charitable projects in her southern Berkshire community.

Tom Doyle
2019 Berkshire REALTOR Government Affairs Chair

Tom, a Broker-Associate of Lance Vermeulen Real Estate in Great Barrington has been named the 2019 Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS.  In this role, he also serves on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS Government Affairs Committee and is a town monitor for Great Barrington.  He is licensed in MA, NY and CT and prior to his real estate career spent 40 years in the city working in the business of institutional trading equity and options.  He serves on the Board of the Community Development Corp of southern Berkshires, whose mission is creating affordable housing and economic development.
